My journey with essential oils began as a way to support my physical health, but it quickly became something much more profound. I discovered their power to support emotional awareness, energetic balance, and personal transformation. That discovery, combined with my own growth journey, led me to become a certified Essential Emotions Coach, where I now walk alongside others as they get unstuck and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

In my coaching work, I support women in shifting long-held patterns by helping them reframe limiting beliefs, build new daily practices, and create forward momentum rooted in hope, peace, and self-trust.

Depending on each individual's goals and preferences, I love incorporating creative practices such as dream boarding, affirmations, guided meditation, and journaling to help you reconnect with your purpose and align with the life you're meant to live.
