My journey with essential oils began as a way to support my physical health—but it quickly became something much more profound. I discovered their power to support emotional release, energetic balance, and inner transformation. That discovery, combined with my own healing journey, led me to become a certified Essential Emotions Coach, where I now walk alongside others as they navigate emotional patterns and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

In my coaching work, at Touchstone Counseling, as an Agency Affiliated Counselor and a Certified Essential Emotions Coach, I support women in shifting long-held patterns—emotional and neurological—by helping them calm the nervous system, reframe limiting beliefs, and create new pathways rooted in hope, peace, and self-trust.

Depending on each individual’s goals and preferences, I love incorporating creative practices such as dream boarding, affirmations, guided meditation, and journaling to help you reconnect with your purpose and align with the life you’re meant to live.

Alongside my coaching, I’m also the maker behind Rainy Beach Essentials—a line of small-batch, chemical-free products lovingly crafted with pure ingredients and 100% essential oils.
